Thompson will be responsible for all service operations at LegalSifter, including the client success and sifting services teams. She brings more than 25 years of experience in service delivery and human resources with a proven track record of success.

Before joining LegalSifter, she spent 18 years in the financial services industry where she held global roles aimed at delivering client satisfaction while driving process efficiencies at scale. She then left to pursue a passion for entrepreneurship and worked in start-up organizations within the employer benefits and financial care and wellness spaces. Thompson‘s background includes studies in business and behavioral psychology at Arizona State University and music performance at the Oberlin Conservatory of Music.
